ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the transformation of the judicial system in China. It is stated that the legal-judicial transformation which took place in China's Great Wall, has exceeded most other developing and transitional countries. Moreover, the development of its judicial system, as a key institution in the reform process and key decisions related to judicial independence, are expected to determine China's stature and place within the global community.
