(ONGC) is negotiating with SABIC about it investing in the Indian company's dual-feed olefins complex in Dahej, Gujarat, India, according to a source close to the negotiations. India's ONGC plans to appoint an equity adviser to advance the negotiation for collaboration, the source said. Construction is expected to start in January 2008 and take 40 months.
