Hydro gains NKr400m

This article reports that Norway's Norsk Hydro has said it expects to book a Norwegian kroner (NKr) 400m post-tax gain from the sale of its polymers business to INEOS. The firm agreed to sell the division to the Great Britain-based chemicals company for NKr5.5 billion on May 21, 2007. The company is also merging its oil and gas activities with Norwegian energy major Statoil.
