ABSTRACT
The article discusses two Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) court cases in Great Britain which deal with allegations of employee misconduct from an informant who insists on anonymity. In the first case, the employer agreed to disclose the reports only if the informants' identity was concealed, partly to ensure the informant's safety. In the second case, one witness requested anonymity because he feared reprisal by the complainant.
