ABSTRACT
The article provides information about the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, also called as the Canadian Shield, canoe trips by Wilderness Inquiry. According to the author, at this canoe trips, participants will travel in 17-foot lightweight canoes. They do not need to bring their carry equipment, as it goes in the canoes rather than on their backs. Moreover, no experience is needed for the remaining outings in 2007, and trips are limited to only nine people, the author noted.
