ABSTRACT
The article discusses the experience of the author who suffered from multiple sclerosis heat sensitivity. The author described how the heat sensitivity attack had spoiled her vacation. Likewise, she relayed how the condition had changed her lifestyle such as how she had clung to frozen gel packs and avoid anything that is warm as it would trigger her heat sensitivity condition. Moreover, she mentioned the precautionary measures she applied for herself to avoid the pain caused by the disease.
