ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of nursing a hospital patient with renal, coronary artery and aortic stenosis diseases. One day, the patient suffered for chest pain, so the author adjusted the beta-blockers, clopidogrel and heparin. The patient tolerated the medications and did not develop heart failure. The author has observed how the patient endured epigastric pain, hematemesis and melena, and was fortunate to survive through gastroscopy.
