The article offers information on the emotional intelligence (EI) training of employees. Personality models of EI is viewed as comprising a range of emotional dispositions as well as competencies. Mixed models comprise aspects of personality as well as abilities to perceive and manage emotions. The ability model incorporates a set of four cognitive abilities that involve the capacity to identify, reason with and utilize emotions effectively.
