ABSTRACT
The article presents a guide for personnel management executives regarding the strategic use of 360-degree appraisal and conducting an employee coaching session. Introducing a 360-degree report to the concerned employee at the beginning of a session defines the event as merely helping to understand the report. The author recommends to ask employees about a major goal in their job or career in the next six to 12 months.
