ABSTRACT
The article features George Kohlrieser, a professor of leadership and organizational behavior at the Institute for Management Development Business School in Switzerland, and his views on how successful leaders counteract negative mindsets. The creation by leaders of secure environments to allow staff to flourish is one way of counteracting negative thinking. Kohlrieser believes that leaders should create bonds with individuals in order to change mindsets.
