Sleepy's to pay $200K to settle complaints

The article reports that bedding retailer Sleepy's has agreed to pay to resolve complaints and settle deceptive sales charges. The retailer said that the settlement included restitution to consumers and penalties, as well as a commitment by the company to new policies and procedures to comply with local and state laws. The payment totaled $200,000.
