Serigraph to set up shop at Perlos factory under JV

The article reports on the collaboration between Perlos Corp. and decorative technology company Serigraph Inc. of West Bend, Wisconsin, to develop an in-mold labeling (IML) facility at Perlos' cellular phone plant in Guangzhou, China. It is stated that Serigraph will set up its own plant within a plant in Perlos to print and form graphic IML parts, under a joint venture. The new facility is stated to start its operation by the end of 2007.
