ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significant role of library media programs toward the enhancement of the educational learning plan in the U.S. It features some of the information tips on how to develop effective library learning system. And one of the most efficient method for continuous development of library business is through Deming Cycle. It also features some of the free online tools which helps improve instructional systems found in school library media program including Zoomerang, and Quia.
