In Flight Centre, he reveals that the agency offered great deals and its agent is very knowledgeable on many areas that could ensure the safety of shoppers. In Travelworld Inc., he cites that its agent has demonstrated good product knowledge, but he preferred more information on the spot. In Mary Rossi Travel, he describes its staff as professional, but only gave basic information on his queries.
