ABSTRACT
The article offers information on a new project by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to develop a series of practical guides and online tools that will help human resources (HR) professionals to develop an employer brand. The first set of guides will focus on developing and communicating the employer brand. The CIPD has appointed recruitment and communications specialists Barkers to carry out this work.
