The article reports on a career deal developed by Vodafone UK for its workforce. Andy Hill, head of executive resourcing and development at the mobile phone company, was given the task of managing and improving the employee experience. This included telling a clear careers story of working at Vodafone, publicising job opportunities and equipping line managers to promote careers discussion.
