The article features the online store based on ATG Commerce, launched by e-commerce and direct marketing solutions provider IdeaForest. Jo-Ann Stores is a specialty retailer of creating, decorating and sewing products that wanted to craft a personalized online shopping experience for its customers. ATG Commerce allowed IdeaForest to marshal the site based on product categories and present customers with relevant offers that paralleled their interests.
