The article focuses on the retailers that opt to create a seamless multichannel experience as a vital part of their tool kit for competitive differentiation. Customer centricity and experience-based differentiation create a much more engaged relationship with consumers around the brand and responding to the needs and desires of customers. Retailers are also looking to leverage their customer data and create more personalized experience through analytics technologies.
