The article discusses methods for financial planners to determine client satisfaction. The goal of any service-based business should be to ensure that the clients are receiving the maximum benefit from the service. To improve the ways in which clients are served, financial planners should contemplate what is truly important to their client by asking them if they are satisfied and developing surveys to gauge feedback on the quality of service. In addition, financial planners should develop deep listening skills and improve presence during client interaction.
