ABSTRACT
The article discusses a survey by Deloitte Consulting about retirement planning. The survey reveals that funding retirement and post-retirement health care is the number one issue for the majority of employees, but only one-quarter of employers rank it among their top five priorities. Companies stated that the cost of providing health care remains the greatest priority for companies, but the issue of attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce is becoming increasingly more important for most companies.
