ABSTRACT
This article reports on optical coherence tomography, a newly developed optical imaging technique that provides high-resolution cross-sectional images of vessels. It presents a case study of a 74-year-old man who was admitted for chest pain. A coronary angiogram revealed diffuse in-stent restenosis.
