The article explains the advantages of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and Software as a Service (SaaS) to human resource (HR) and benefits executives. According to the author, the ERP technology can deal with a lack of integration in a company. He claims that the technology brings HR, benefits and payroll data into a single system. Meanwhile, the author highlights the level of integration creates by the SaaS technology for smaller companies.
