ABSTRACT
The article presents a question and answer which examines the nutritional value of chai. It is accounted that the calories in chai run from 120 for eight ounces of Lipton Instant chai to 640 for 24 ounces of Tazo Chai Frappucino Blended Créme with 15 grams of sugar. Furthermore, researchers suggest that the addition of milk to tea may block the action of the tea's catechins. It is recommended to drink chai with skim milk and check Nutrition Facts channel on packaged drinks.
