ABSTRACT
The article reports on the development of thin-film-transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) prototype module with dynamic random access memory (DRAM) by NEC LCD Technologies Ltd. It will be showcased at the Society for Information Display 2007 Conference in Long Beach, California. The company notes that the module is a combination of its TFT-LCD technology and low-temperature poly-silicon TFT technology. It states that the module also includes large-scale integrated circuits (LSI).
