Announces Fluke's release of a version of its network monitoring software which discovers network devices, creates diagrams with Visio software and notifies network managers of problem through electronic mail or pager. Limitation of Fluke's Network Inspector 4.0 to a single Ethernet segment; Fluke's plan to launch a plug-in for Network Inspector specifically designed to look at switches.
