ABSTRACT
The article reports on political developments in Washington D.C. A resident claimed that he saw former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld on L Street NW walking into the elevator area carrying stuff in a postal crate. Senator Tom Carper's staff will operate out of two trailers parked in the Russell courtyard. It is said that House Minority Leader John Boehner is becoming quite the regular at the D.C. waterfront's Cantina Marina.
