DHS report: Shirlington Limo should not have gotten contract

The article reports on the tribulations of Shirlington Limousine and Transportation Inc., after receiving the award contract in the U.S. According to the internal watchdog of Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the company was not qualified to receive the contract but it was given an unfair advantage over the competitors. However, Shirlington Limousine owner Christopher Baker stipulated that he never expected to received the award and clarify that all allegations were untrue charges.
