ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of business sector to lobby in the senate to address the difficulties they faced in the U.S. In this regard, the sector calls for an overhaul of immigration laws which would alleviate the condition of the business sector on the country. The Senate Bill was amended to allow 200,000 workers in the country annually although the employment-verification system is costly. The lobbyist supported that farm group, high-technology group and other business enterprises.
