ABSTRACT
This article discusses the long term success and credibility of an anti-doping program for swimmers. An "Athlete's Passport" should contain a complete digital history of each athlete's test results as well as a physiologic profile so that any changes could be easily detected. Additionally, the establishment of elite athlete norms and individual athlete profiles is suggested.
