ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Interfaith Power and Light. It is a nationwide coalition of 4,000 churches in the U.S. working to preserve the environment. The coalition has branches in 20 states, including Maine and Michigan. Some of its member churches have gone solar, including congregations in Atlanta, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois, while others take on projects, such as installing fluorescent lighting.
