ABSTRACT
The article discusses the reconstruction of the interstate, I-4 through Tampa by the Florida Department of Transportation. The $158 million project was awarded to Parsons Brinckerhoff that provided design and construction engineering services to replace the four-lane highway with a six-lane road. According to the article, the reconstruction project revitalizes the Ybor City as Tampa's Latin Quarter.
