Whalin: Differentiate your store or disappear

The article reports that consultant and author George Whalin made some suggestions on how furniture retailers can succeed, at the Western Home Furnishings Association's conference held in Indian Wells, California. Whalin said that companies should differentiate their stores from the pack. Since consumers have so many choices, Whalin recommended that retailers must take stock of what they have to offer to make consumers chose their business.
