Providence eyes Virgin Media

According to a report in the British newspaper "The Observer," Providence plans to rebrand Virgin Media after taking advantage of its weak stock price. Providence is in talks with its partners which include Blackstone, KKR and Cinven. Virgin is involved in a legal action in the British High Court over carriage fees.
