ABSTRACT
The article reports on the verbal assault of travel agent Eddy Krieger against the airlines involved in the class action over unpaid commission on fuel surcharges in Australia. The class suit, which began in December 2006, seeks to reclaim unpaid commission from Qantas Airways Ltd, Air New Zealand Ltd., British Airways PLC, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd., Singapore Airlines Ltd., and Malaysia Airlines. Krieger says it is unfair that the trade is collecting the money for the carriers.
