The article discusses the Consumer 360 conference, which took place in May 2007 in West Hollywood, Florida. The article reports that two of the main focuses for marketers at the conference were reassessing traditional marketing channels and older customer segments. According to the article marketers were also looking at a study called "Influential Consumers-Where CPG and Internet Buzz Collide," which found that adults 55-64 were just as important for building word-of-mouth as those under 35.
