The article reports that Exchange Data International (EDI), together with Corporate Actions Bulletin, will provide its consumers with password-protected access to a Web site, containing information on dividend and income payments as well as complex voluntary corporate actions. This serves as a challenge to the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and what the EDI calls restrictive policies that has driven up its data costs.
