German giant changes rules

Confirms reports that the German telecommunications and multiple cable systems operator Deutsche Telekom AG has scaled back the amount of equity it intends to sell in its cable system. Reduction from 75 percent to 35; Plan to float 40 percent of equity on the stock market within two years.
