ABSTRACT
The article offers tips to preparing pineapple bowls. To prepare pineapple bowl, use a paring, serrated knife or a grapefruit knife. Remove the core and cut the flesh from the peel, leaving it intact. Cut the fruit into chunks and add other salad ingredients if desired. The things to consider in selecting a fresh pineapple are mentioned.
