Goldenfrazil calls for Spolana sale annulment

The article deals with the lawsuit filed by minority shareholder Goldenfrazil against the Czech petrochemicals and oil group, Unipetrol, demanding the sale of its Spolana subsidiary be annulled. The shareholder has alleged that Unipetrol went ahead without properly consulting all shareholders and sold polyvinyl chloride and caprolactam unit Spolana. Goldenfrazil proceeded with the lawsuit after failing to receive a response from Unipetrol's supervisory board to a request for damages.
