ABSTRACT
The article reports on an athletic apparel line Zip Way launched by the sportswear retailer Foot Locker Incorporated. Reportedly, the Zip Way brand's parent company Zip Way LLC is a partnership between former New York Knickerbockers basketball player John Starks and the clothing's creator Daron Nunn. The author says that Starks expects to have a formal exclusive agreement with Foot Locker following the launch.
