ABSTRACT
The article reports on the intention of TV One to extend its African-American targeted programming to the Web with the launch of a new broadband portal in the U.S. According to Katrice Jones, vice president of digital media and creative services of TV One, the network hopes to improve its 1.4 million hits a month to its Web site. The broadband portal will feature a gospel music channel.
