ABSTRACT
The article presents a research conducted by Screen Digest, television division and global media market analyst of Microsoft Corp. which shows that 60 percent of consumers in seven developed countries would consider switching video service providers that offer better features and content. Based on the findings, price is not the key factor in the decision of consumer to switch. Paula Reinman of Microsoft Corp. said that consumers would rather pay current market rates to get customized content.
