ABSTRACT
Information about the new media technology and products discussed at a Cable Show panel session in Las Vegas, Nevada is presented. During the session, Matt Bond of Comcast Corp. predicted that the new-media options that have sprouted are going to boost video usage. Other panelists talked about the impact of broadband, video streaming, YouTube and devices like cellphones on the linear television-network business.
