ABSTRACT
The article features billiards as one of the sports included in the National Veterans Wheelchair Games (NVWG) of which many Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) members ranked it high as their interest. The PVA included the National Wheelchair Poolplayers Association to help improve this series of billiards tournaments for people with disabilities. With this, 14 PVA members took part in the tournament including three Executive Committee members, Jack Franklin, Greg Joyce and Carl Flemons.
