The article reports that digital distribution firm Arts Alliance Media has acquired Hart Sharp Video. Hart Sharp had been due for a transformation after the dissolution of the producing partnership between John Hart and Jeffrey Sharp. The company will now be called Arts Alliance America. Arts Alliance won a bid to operate the digital exhibition network of the Film Council in Great Britain.
