ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 31.5% increase in the revenue of furniture manufacturer Bestar in the first quarter of 2007. The first quarter revenues was boosted by investment income unrelated to operations, were C$104,000, were C$104,000, or 1 Canadian cent per share, compared to C$3,000 in the first quarter of 2006. According to executive Paulin Tardiff, the sales spurt was directly related to the success they have had at diversifying our activities by entering into the component business.
