ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of the retail bedding company Sleepy's to acquire Rockaway Bedding Inc. in Newark, New Jersey. The company has proposed to make an offer between $15 million and $20 million as Rockaway announces its plan to close or sell at least 50 of its 180 stores. However, such offer is to be reviewed by Rockaway, since Sleepy's is said to be one of the companies interested in such acquisition.
