ABSTRACT
The article highlights the visions, ideologies and political accomplishments of U.S. presidential candidate Rudolph Giuliani. He is strong on national security and has the principles and policies to strengthen the economy. He favors tax cuts and opposes federal income tax's complexity. During his tenure as mayor of New York City, 423,000 new jobs were created. He was able to downsize the work force of public offices in order to increase efficiency.
