ABSTRACT
The article discusses the management of nuclear power plants and its long-term operation. It was stated that in most Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development countries with nuclear power plant programs, longer-term operation of the nuclear power plants has been accepted as a strategic objective to aid in ensuring enough supplies of electricity for the next decades.
