ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the strategies of retailer NOCO Express to grow foodservice sales. The retailer recently launched a new satellite commissary program that is allowing the Tonawanda, New York-based chain to distribute products under the Nickel City Market Café brand to more of its company-operated stores using less labor. Mike Newman, executive vice president for NOCO Express, said that they are looking for additional ways to bring revenue to their stores.
